The Belonging Initiative, in collaboration with
Plan Institute and Aitken Leadership Group, is supporting the development of games that are fun and accessible for everyone, games that take play beyond computers and into the spaces around us, games that require people working together. BIG stands for Belonging In Games. They are hosting a competition to see who can invent the best BIG game.
I have been pleasantly surprised at the swell of support we have received for this project. Particularly from the serious game community. Serious games are a relatively new genre of games that want to use the forum to make the world better. Here are a few links to sites and people that have expressed their support.
