30. Engage banks and credit unions in the work of nurturing social capital – e.g. funding belonging, friendships and civil society organizations.
31. Is it ok to talk to people in chat rooms?
32. Talk to people on the bus.
33. Tell somebody about your experience of belonging.
34. Embrace new technologies as tools for belonging but not substitutes for real life relationships.
35. Talking to more people.
36. Join one sports/recreation team or activity a year to be introduced to new people.
37. Attend inspiring events – listen to others who have successful belonging stories.
38. Convene focus groups of service providers to clarify why change is so difficult.
